Community Learning Wales (CLW) was founded in March 2010 by Judith Godfrey as a result of a lack of provision in Independent Living Skills (ILS) for adults with disabilities in Wales.
Her vision was to develop and deliver ILS where needed thus improving and enhancing the lives of those living in supported environments and those struggling alone as a result of disability or injury.
In 2011 we launched our provision for adults with learning difficulties starting with our ever popular Summer School and then followed by a main program in September 2011.
Also in 2011 we launched our Deaf Studies Program and this has continued to grow year on year.
We are very proud of the quality of delivery and support given by our tutors to our learners.
We are a not for profit organisation and welcome any kind of support. If you would like to support us, please check out the Support Us page for more information.
